My Essential Oil Journey

I found out about essential oils through my yoga instructor at the gym and haven’t stopped learning more about them since that day in 2013!

So, my oil journey began because I started to search for natural alternatives—I wanted to have natural options and to be empowered to have tools to heal my body instead of just taking an over the counter medication that causes side effects.

I have excitedly used every oil I can get my hands on! A few of my favorites are frankincense, rose, magnolia, and green mandarin. 🌿

Essential oils help me balance my mood, hormones, deal with stress, improve quality of sleep, boost my immune system and keep me from getting sick. I use them in place of many toxic products I used to use and have replaced many of my beauty products and household items such as cleaners and disinfects. 🌿

I was surprised to find out that essential oils can do more than I ever imaged; from healing headaches to relieving joint pain. They are so versatile. 🌿

That’s why I would absolutely recommend essential oils to everyone—especially people with kiddos to help protect their little immune systems from getting sick!

My favorite oil blends right now are the Whisper, Motivate and Balance blends. But I’m excited for whatever new oils doTERRA has coming out! I hear they’re releasing some new oils next month!

What are your favorite essential oils? What is your essential oil journey? Leave me a comment!
