Easy Homemade Raw Chocolate Recipe

Try this easy healthier chocolate whenever you are craving something sweet. Chocolate is a superfood. In fact, cacao is high in protein, and antioxidants. Avoid processed and sugar-filled chocolates and try these instead. Let me know how you like them!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup cocoa butter
1/2 cup virgin coconut oil
1/2 cup (raw) organic cocoa powder
1/4 – 1/2 cup agave syrup for sweetening (organic honey, stevia or raw cane sugar okay too; or you don’t have to use any sweetener at all)

Instructions:
Melt cacao butter in a bowl of a double boiler.
Remove from heat and whisk in all other ingredients until thickened.
Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto a cookie sheet lined with wax paper or a silicone mat. Refrigerate or freeze until completely hardened. Store in the fridge to prevent melting. Enjoy!
