I’m on a baking kick and these homemade goodies motivate me to workout more! Don’t even feel guilty eating these since they’re low in sugar and protein rich!
These bars are best utilized before or after a workout to replenish nutrients to the body. And since they’re not too big, I think a few would be considered one serving!
2 bananas (mashed)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
2.5 cups almond milk
2.5 cups rolled oats
2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
1/4 cup chocolate chips for topping (optional)
Bake at 350 in large square pan for 45 min (tops should be golden)
