Detox Salad
Ingredients:
2 cups arugula
2 cups romaine
1/2 juice of lime
1 avocado, peeled and cubed
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 small beet (shredded)
1/4 cup parsley (chopped)
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions:
Combine leafy greens and chop finely. Add in shredded beets, parsley, avocado, and sea salt. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top, drizzle with olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
Rosemary Salmon
Ingredients:
1-2 lbs of salmon
1 bunch of fresh basil
1 sprig rosemary
1 lemon
Instructions:
Top fresh salmon with basil and rosemary and lemon juice. Bake fresh salmon at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Let salmon cool a bit.
Mix all together salad ingredients.
Top with salmon and enjoy!
