Smoothies are both delicious and refreshing but I like to make mine with superfoods, too! Try my smoothie recipe below for a boost of energy today!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup Strawberries
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 1/2 cup chopped Spinach
- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
Just blend these ingredients together.
Each of these ingredients have awesome benefits. Strawberries are high in vitamin C, blueberries provide antioxidants, spinach has lots of vitamins, and chia seeds provide lots of omega – 3 and fiber. I hope you enjoy it! Let me know your thoughts in the comments below.
